Appraisal for exceptional work

I would like to express my appreciation to the Sleepmaster shop in Mall_@_Carnival staff, those ladies make one feel like the only customer. We purchased the bed on the 24th of December, the service we received was just exceptional. The lady who assisted advised us accordingly based on our specifications and we're happy. We opted for self collection of the bed to avoid delays. They kept calling just to check if we found the place and the bed which made us feel "important". Recently we went back to the store to buy the mattress protector, look their service is just exceptional. One thing I noticed is that they work as a collective and it shows.
