Appalling service received - Sleep Masters

If there was a score below one, I would've been happy to give to Sleep Masters Shops . More than anything , their Head Office ( Bravo Brands) service is appalling. From last year September I have been fighting tooth & nail for the replacement of my bed 3 weeks after buying it, due to the discomfort that was experienced. Over and above that, I have been sent from pillar to post with countless reference numbers and no hope that my query will be resolved, from rude call center agents to the non responsive Area Managers.

The service I have received from Bravo Brands was beyond horrific and I will never ever purchase anything, in future or recommend any of the brand related to Bravo brands to anyone I cross paths with, in all platforms I am part of.
