Appalling service delivery from sleepmasters

I bought a bed online on the 2nd of December from sleepmasters, according to their website delivery takes 2-5 working days, to my surprise 5 days came and passed with no delivery. On the 11th of December the delivery claimed to have contacted however I did not receive any missed call from them. I was then called by someone from head office who promised that my bed will be delivered the following day. On the 12th of December I then received a message informing me that I will receive my bed on the 18th of December upon which I told them I won't be available on the 18th as I will be traveling, the consultant then proceeded to tell me they can only move the date to a future date then I told her to cancel my order and refund me as their service is pathetic.
