Appalling Service and *********** Financial Staff

I purchased a bed from them 2 years ago and was suppose to get free bedding. 2 and a half years later and still nothing after countless calls to their customer care. Once they get your money they don't give a damn about you.

Also settled my account mid august yet in September I get up to 3 calls a day from them about my account yet they can see it has been settled. Staff also not very friendly at their Financial Centre.
