Another victim of bad service

The online order was on 27 October 2018. It took days for them to confirm my payment even though it was instant. There was no indication that the items am buying are out of stock, now when am tracking my order it’s been Out of Stock since Wednesday last week. I have been buying things online for a very long time and when the item you are buying is not available, the site does not allow you to buy it. I sent through my complaint but no one answered or gave me an update regarding it. I got a call Tuesday 13 October 2018. The lady said, we have your bed but we will deliver on Friday as we are waiting for the headboard. I was very upset but said okay. Today I follow up again and the assistant online tells me that they will deliver 21 October 2018. I get another call from the warehouse telling me delivery for the bed is now on Monday, 19 October 2018. I am disgusted by the ***** services these people offer!! I spent R9,498 and this is the service i got!
