Very Poor Customer Service and Disappointing Quality

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sleepmasters Wynberg, Cape Town. I purchased a bed and paid full price, expecting a quality product that would last for years. Unfortunately, the bed did not even last more than six months before developing a huge hole.

I reported the matter to the Sleepmasters Wynberg branch Cape Town, where I originally purchased the bed. I was informed that the issue had been escalated, but since then I have had to continuously follow up myself. To this day, I have received no proper response, no feedback, and no communication regarding the progress of my complaint.

The customer service has been extremely poor. It is frustrating and unacceptable to be left with a damaged bed that I paid full price for, especially when the matter was reported and supposedly escalated. Customers should not have to constantly chase after assistance and updates.

I expected Sleepmasters to take responsibility and provide a proper resolution. Instead, I am still left with a bed that has a huge hole in it and no clear assistance from the branch or customer service.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this level of service to anyone.
