Absolutely Worse Service

I really wouldn't know how to best articulate the horrible experience i have had with Sleepmasters. Customer Centre horrible service they are so unhelpful and utterly rude for no reason. I bought a bed on the 19th of August online and they said it would be delivered Friday the 23rd. Yooo till this day i am still waiting and the tracking number they give never works. I literally have to call each and everyday to ask for an update and all they say is they will escalate. If you ask for a supervisor, manager or someone senior they will tell you they can't put you through they have to log a complaint and then nobody ever calls you back. There is nothing i have not done, i have e-mailed, called, Facebook, twitter everything they just don't care. If i could give them a negative i would.
