Absolutely useless

Never have I ever experienced such incompetence, unhelpfulness or empty lies. I purchased a “special order” bed on 10 September on which I paid in full- stating it will take 10-15 working days. I phoned on day 12 and it was said that the bed will be delivered by day 15/16. Never got updated by the store. I clearly and specifically stated that I will be out of town and will not be able to receive and they promised they will deliver it that Monday as soon as I am back. On the Friday before the Monday I get a random call from the warehouse stating that the driver wants to deliver. I phoned the store and questioned them on why after I explicitly asked and said to deliver on Monday they are trying to deliver and also then why as according to their sms and email I never received any delivery information from them. And suddenly they wanted to deliver”somewhere in the week” and not on Monday as promised. They had no answer to that and said they would sort it out. They called back and again promised Monday. Well it is Monday and when I phoned at 3 asking when are they coming they apparently would not get hold of either the warehouse or the drivers. They admitted that they also did not confirm my delivery that morning even when they knew that there was a problem on Friday. Customer services told me they cannot log a complaint until tomorrow and their answering machine says customer resolution services- what a joke as nothing was resolved. The manager is on leave and just now they said the cannot get a hold of someone so they will try again tomorrow… so for now I must sleep on the floor and complain again tomorrow. That is the resolution apparently. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They lie and do not deliver on promises, they do not check on your delivery and apparently “struggle” to get a hold of mangers, warehouses and drivers. They seem eager in store until they have your money and then nothing else happens or matters. I paid cash by the wat
