Absolutely no Customer Service, This Store is a ****

Hi, I placed an order online on the 29th of November, been tracking my order for over a week now but the status hasn't changed from "order placed successfully", I have contacted the customer service support but I'm being transferred from one point to another and no one is assisting me , some of the numbers they give me to call just ring and there's no answer. The online support agent gave me an email address but the response I got was that someone would give me a call and up till today no one has made contact. This is very poor customer service and I would like my money refunded as its clear that this order will not be delivered. Its clear that the online shop for Sleepmasters is a **** to ***** people's money.
