Absolutely Horrible Service – Avoid Sleep masters Rustenburg waterfall mall.

I am beyond disappointed with the service I’ve received from Sleepmasters. I purchased three beds on the 29th of May 2025, and as of today, I still haven’t received them. Every time I follow up, I’m given different stories and empty promises.

Last week, I requested a refund of R14,000, as the delay has caused a serious problem — my sister-in-law just gave birth and is forced to sleep on a sponge mattress with her newborn in this cold weather. It’s heartbreaking, and completely unacceptable.

Head office told me the refund is being processed, but up to now, nothing has been paid back. No updates, no urgency, no accountability.

To anyone in Rustenburg: stay away from Sleepmasters! Their delivery service is a disaster. If you absolutely have to buy from them, make sure you arrange your transport — do not rely on their empty promises.

Sleep masters, do better. People spend their hard-earned money with you and expect to be treated with basic respect and honesty.
