Absolutely appallservice from Sleep masters!

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order on Saturday and called them on Monday morning to reschedule the delivery so I can make the necessary arrangements. I was told they do not deliver on weekends. I asked if a note can be added for the driver for delivery at a specific time and was told that cannot be done but the driver will call an hour before. The next day, the driver called and said he was 10 minutes away. Asked him to please wait while I make my way, on my way there I called him and he said he left. We scheduled a later time on the same day and he said he would call an hour before but he called saying he is already outside. I couldn't get my bed and he turned back with it. I called Sleep masters and was told delivery was rescheduled to the following Saturday, something they initially said they don't do. This is after I requested to cancel my order.
