I don't know where to start really, i purchase a cloud nine bed on Monday 10 May 2026, received an sms my bed will be delivered 13 May 2026, @ 4 i started phoning them cause it was getting late @ 4:30 they blocked my calls.14 May 2026 from 8:30 i phoned them still no answer finally at 12:15 i spoke to Argill whereby he will refer my query to the warehouse so they can make contact i said to him i will givw them an hour to get back to me.I will never ever recommend anybody to purchase a bed from they have horrible customer service and no one from there customer service gets back to you with feedback
