The teller told me that in order for them to process my refund they need my 6months bank statement. I refused to because that's an invasion of privacy. What do you want to do with my 6months bank statement. They never asked for my bank statement when I made that payment. I told the teller POPIA does not allow that and they rep**** that doesn't apply to them. I went on to their website and it didn't say anything about their 6minths statements.
