I have never in my life been to a store where a branch manager feels she and her manager are more important that the customer. I hate your brand for the very first experience I had in your diepsloot bambanani mall. I'm not sure whether I'm more disgusted by your manager who feels she is more important than your clients, your region al managers who your policy states they are so important that client are not allowed access to or your complaints customer service agent who had to make hold on the line for 30 minutes while she checked what your policy says about my complaint.
