20 days still no bed and no communication

I have placed on order over 20 days ago on the website and paid fully. Since then, I have not had any communication from Sleepmasters as to where my bed is , I still dont have a delivery date to this day. I keep on phoning and sending emails , and the only response I get is someone will contact me, which they never do. Sleepmasters, where is my bed??
