10 years warranty bed not lasting months 😞

I bought a bed from Sleepmasters ( Pearl Queen) for R7500 and within a week it was making sounds . I laid a complaint and luckily they quickly came and exchanged it , but guess what . The noises are back on the new bed after a few weeks they keep getting worse by the day . I’ve laid another complaint so I’ll see how that’s handled . I’m just shocked and disappointed by clearly the bad quality ☹️ I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I mean the bed is supposed to have a 10 year warranty and it’s barely been 3 months in this case.
