10 year warranty ****

Be careful the 10 year warranty is a ****. After 4 years my bed start to sink in the middle. When i phoned them they said i only get 1 year warranty. After a lot of arguments i send them photos of proof of payment and that it stated there is a 10 year warranty. Then thay replay and said i need a certificate that was never given. I even have the unique nr to support my case but they wont help with it. End of case.

I will not let this go.
