Poor customer service

I bought a 137cm bedcore pocket spring premium bedset with a 2 year guarantee and 18 year warranty after 1 and a half years the mattress is starting to sag on the side and the manageress marinda tells me they wont be exchanging it cos we sat on the bed.........its poor factory quality now I am the loser of R6500
