Never use Sleeping Out Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would never use sleeping out, I do not recommend anyone using it either. I was left stranded on Friday night. I drove up from PMB to Boksburg, Sleeping-out knew there were issues at the establishment, they could not offer assistance, and left their offices not knowing where I will be staying; I paid the full amount of R4400, and I booked a guest house, upon arrival, my daughters arrived prior to me, they discovered this was not a guest house, but 4 small dwellings on 1 property; the "guest house" they call it, is also used as an office, reception area, therefore no privacy, & a caretaker shares a room in the same "Guest house" in 1 of the rooms. I had booked the place for 8 young ladies, only to find out the rooms are not under 1 roof, there are other people living on the property, and a guard that share's a room in 1 of the rooms as us. When I raised my concerns with sleeping out , & explained that I am not comfortable with this set up and it is not what I paid for, they tried to get a hold of the owner who's phone was off, or the Establishment to confirm this, he eventually answered Sleeping out, on another cell number, however refused to take my calls. My daughters were there, he was rude & arrogant and asked them to leave. He reused to listen or even reason with my concerns raised, instead asked them to leave, the only thing he said is that he will send the caretaker to sleep in another room outside. My point was I was not feeling safe to allow these young women to sleep alone in this informal dwelling with other people walking around, and the offices / reception area in the same place as the rooms with no privacy. the owner then switched both his phones off,Sleeping out tried on numerous occasions to get a hold of him , to no avail, I eventually received a call at 17:00 from a lady saying that there is loadshedding, BHeki has no network because of this, he locked the rooms & left, he will call me about 19:00 once load shedding is over & the network is restored. I did not receive a call, and I slept in my car for the night. I have never heard of no network during load-shedding? when I arrived in Boksburg at 19:15, I tried calling him again, and 1 of his number went to voicemails, and the other phone rang to no avail. PLease do not use Sleeping out. i was really distressed. I stuck to my part of the deal paid in full and was let down.
