money not pay back into my account

On the 02/09/15 I made a booking payment of R1400.00 with Sleeping out paid over to Surf and Sand for 4 January to 8 January 2016. On the 15/09/15 I cancelled my booking withTanya Crawford after finding out that Margate was outside Durban (Ushaka Marine). After our telephonic conversation she then told me that R433.08 will be deducted for this cancellation. On the 29/09/15 i received a emailthat my money will be paid in 7 working days but did not received it. I then made a follow up on 9/10/15 but did not received any feedback.On the 12/10/15 I phoned sleeping out and was told my money was paid on the 29/30 September. i then phoned my Branch and was told no payments was made into my account. I phoned Sleeping out twice and after I confirmed my name the phone was dropped in my ear. Sent a another email to the 11:26am and still did not received any feedback where my money really is. I will never make any bookings through Sleeping Out ever again.
