Ignoration game

I enquired for true not virtual photo's of the North S**** units in Umhlanga for holiday in December. <br> <br> I can see photo's of the units on the net but they are virtual photo's of how the units will look after the building is completed.<br> <br> After asking for photo's several times I received a mail from a lady, same photo's as the net. I then rep**** asking for photo's of the units currently, I am still waiting for a reply.<br> <br> I am quite particular with where I stay with regards to cleanliness due to a past experience with another accommodation, but I am struggling to get real photo's from this establishment so I can close and make the booking.<br> <br> I have spoken to someone on the sleeping-out site (I don't have a name)and all was perfect he/she answered all my questions about parking etc on the premises but I just cant get real photo's of the place, neither does anyone come back to me to say they don't have any photo's or the units look as in the pictures sent etc.<br> <br> Don't just ignore a customer and hope they will go away. <br> <br> <br> <br>
