Yes, I have looked at this and it is most concerning. The enquiry you sent to Kure Kure was clearly marked for arrival 24th Dec and departure for 2nd Jan. They have said that they thought it was from 24th Jan to 2nd Feb but I am unsure how this could be. The dates were quite clear and they had the days of the month correct. How can someone think Feb is Jan ??
I understand you have been fully refunded but this is still not acceptable I will follow this up with Kure Kure and will come back to you with their response.
