BEWARE!! No after sale service!!

I'm writing this review on LekkerSlaap site because it is my understanding that lekkerSlaap and Sleeping-OUT is the same company?

I'm disgusted in the total lack of after sale service from this short sighted company. After booking a one night half way stay with Sleeping-OUT we arrived at Mount Everest in Harrismith. Our accommodation was dirty and needed a lot of attention. This did not look anything like the pictures on the Sleeping-OUT website!! I would not stay there even if we could do so for free. We had to book other accommodation that we rather did our self because we could not trust the Sleeping-OUT website.

My issue with Sleeping-OUT is the way they handled this complaint. I only sent my complaint after we got back from holiday. They in tern sent a mail to Mouth Everest and received no feedback. What I can not understand for the life of me, is that this is where the after sale service stopped. I was told that Sleeping out only "serves as the advertising medium". My advice to anyone using this "advertising medium" is to do the booking your self. They are very good in finding accommodation, but as soon as you run into any problems you will be left high and dry.
