disgraceful service!

I had the misfortune of dealing with one of the rudest company representatives that I have ever encountered when I decided to buy a sleeper couch from them. I had to pay a 50% deposit upfront for the couch and then wait for a month before it was ready to be delivered. It was delivered and , when they had not yet received the balance within 48 hrs after delivery , I got a rude, abusive and threatening phone call from this individual, demanding that I pay immediately or they will come and remove the goods the next working day with the police if you please. This person is a disgrace to the company whose attitude as well as conduct is completely unacceptable. I cannot say if this person represents the company as a whole - I certainly hope not.
