Paid big money for big headache!

We had to pay 60% deposit, and the balance on the first delivery out of 3 deliveries. First delivery was 3 September 2018. Products were not as ordered, and from there it just went down hill. This guy made our newly build house..curtains hanging already, his workshop! Drilled, sawed, varnished, spray painted the furniture that needed to be fixed. Now 2 November 2018, some of the furniture is still half installed and we are getting no response when calling him or sending a Whatsapp message, asking when he will finish the work.
