TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS

<p>We had purchased a Ciro King Size mattress from Sleep World in 2012 and within less than six month the mattress was sagging terribly. Due to being in the guarantee period the mattress had been changed. But who thought 2 and a half years later that the stitching of the top and bottom end of the mattress would come apart completely and the pocket springs sagging once again, this comes from BAD WORKMANSHIP AND MANUFACTURING DEFECTS but how did the mattress pass the Quality checks. We have reported the defects to Sleep World and spoke to Altha and Terry the Sales Director, turn around time on the issue brought forward has been dragged out for a month and a half already with no postive outcome. Terry the Sales Director was extremely rude when asked to review the costs quoted and when asked how did the mattress pass quality checks that he actually dropped the call in my hear.</p>
