Sleepworld - great service

My parents had a problem with the base of the bed they bought from Dial-a-bed in 2020. I called them and reported the problem. The same day I received an e-mail from Altha Fell from Sleepworld. I sent her a video and photographs of the problem and she arranged for the base to be replaced. Thank you for great service. DAB 703/22
