After one Year mattress is torn

In July 2014 i purchased a bed from Dial a Bed which i paid cash for. The mattress is just over a year old and the stitching on the mattress has come loose. I informed Dail a Bed who in turn informed the supplier - Sleep World . The supplier came out to inspect the bed and found that because it has a small stain, they will not repair my mattress. They want to charge me R2 000 to fix it. <br> <br> This is a prime example of poor workmanship and now as a consumer i must pay for this? <br> <br> What a complete *******!! I am utterly disgusted at this, its like day light *******
