Warranty and guarantee on their bed set means nothing. The bed set are not good quality and when you report in less than a year that you have problems with the bed set company do not care and say:

As previously communicated, we regret to inform you that we are currently not in a position to assist further with your request due to the operational and financial constraints the business is facing.
