Poor Service

Worst online purchase experience I have ever had! Briefly purchased beds 27 November, when they were due to be delivered only around 20 December informed by courier Company one was damaged and other the packaging was ripped. I did not accept delivery and sent them back. I am still awaiting my refund now 29 December despite numerous emails, whatsapp. There website states 5 to 10 working days for delivery that was definitely not the case. There is so little communication from them in the process. Now I'm having to hound them for my refund is crazy!
