Poor Quality Bed and Terrible Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the bed I purchased. After only a few months of use, it started making loud noises and began to sink in the middle, making it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. I expected much better durability for the price I paid.

The frustration didn’t end there. When I contacted customer service to make a warranty claim, I never received any response.

This has been a huge inconvenience, and I regret buying from this company. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing their products. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a bed that is both comfortable and supported by a company that cares about its customers.
