The manager in sleep maters Richards Bay is the most unhelpful person ever.

When we walked into the store looking to buy a bed that was on sale, we had asked for her assistance and she gave us a funny look as if we are asking her to do a major task, after telling us the bed is not in stock we had asked her when will she will receive stock, she says she doesnt know and while talking to her , she moves on to the next customer because she feels that we wouldnt buy, i was totally shocked by this, I walked and went to Dial a bed and spent R3000 more on a bed which im happy to spend as long as the services is excellent.
