At first they seemed very professional

At first they seemed very professional. However within 3 months of buying a bed from them it started to squeak badly. The legs then started coming out. Currently the bed has no legs because they keep falling out so my base is directly on the floor. I contacted Sleep Lekka 2 months ago about this issue. They don't respond. Then eventually they said when they have a delivery in my area they'll deliver a new bed. That was over a month ago and I am still waiting. I have now demanded a full refund or I will take them to small claims court. Their communication and services are actually pathetic
