Sleep king Phoenix plaza

I bought a bed at this store I needed to make use of my warranty which is 10 years I miss placed my receipts and I called the store spoke to a lady who wasn't able to assist because I don't have a receipt I advised I purchased the bed from they store and if they could please check they records the lady said they not able to because they don't work off a system and they paper work is put away I purchased the bed in October 2018. Please guys this store is useless and they not helpful go to bigger stores where they can track and assist you.
