poor service

I went to the store for some assistance with getting a copy of my receipt which I purchased 4 beds cash and which 1 was defective but still under guarantee and it was under a year old. It was the worse help u can ever get no 1 was willing to help me all just saying I need proof of payment and they don't keep copies of receipts so they cant do anything. Will never buy from this store again very poor customer services
