No refunds allowed and important weight factor not advised

<p>I purchased 3 beds last year in August 2016. I was only informed that we should not sit on the bed. On the slip my mum signed given by the delivery man, it states no refunds or exchanges. No guarantee. We noticed the beds started to hurt us and I queried this in May. They delayed by weeks. The manufacturer called me and said I passed the guarantee stage. Yet I was told there is no guarantee. And I must pay for any repairs. I called the store and asked for the manager who had still not called me back. When I called again they said the beds are for people that weigh 40-60kgs. None of my family fit that criteria. I was not informed of this. They refuse to refund me. First they said they will trade in the beds at R1000 each. Then the owner's father said he can refund but I will get less than R1000 for all 3 beds. When I explained that the sales person I'd not inform me of the weight criteria.. he merely stated that I must then take them to task. </p>
