Terrible customer service, wont recommend this business to anyone

I purchased a bed from the ballito store about 5 years back ,the store is now closed and the bed needs to be repaired as the springs are failing.... I missed placed my receipt and called the durban branch to assist if they can maybe pick up my purchase with my id or cell number, however the rude receptionist that answered the phone totally disagreed with my claim and made it very clear that they wont entertain me if I have no receipt.

Im sure they can pick up some details and assist even if I dont have a receipt as I can verify any of the other details thats on their system

The bed has a 15 year warranty and now I have to purchase a new bed due the fact that they cannot help me without my receipt
