Disgusting service from Sleep King

I bought beds from sleep king, I complained within 3 weeks of purchasing the mattress that the springs on the bed was sticking out and can be felt quite badly, and the one side of the mattress is sinking in. I spoke to a lady in the phoenix branch who said to me that I should report to head office. She was so unhelpful. I was then contacted by the owner of Factory Furn Bedding CC Mrs Tully Moodley who then argued with me and told me that, this is what I should expect If I buy an economy low budget mattress and that this should have been communicated to me by the salesperson. I would not have purchased any beds from Sleep King had the Salesperson told me that we should expect to feel springs poking into your body, when sitting or laying on the mattress. I will NEVER be dealing with Sleep King or purchasing any bed again that comes from Furn Bedding CC. Such poor customer service it’s all about making money forget about your rights as a consumer.
