Paid for something, received NOTHING - a year later!

In July 2018 I ordered 2 x Micro anti-snoring devices which were on special (2-pack). I paid 72 Euro and recieved an email confirming my order. To date, nearly a year later, I have not received the goods - and every time I have tried to contact the company, I get an automated reply from a different name saying "please send us your order number so we can track your order". I have tried the shipment tracking site and it shows NO sign of my package ever being shipped, and yet the emails that come back to me say the package has been sent. This company has basically ****** my money and it seems has NO intention of ever providing the goods
