Terrible customer service and big time *****’s

Have not received my refund yet, it’s been 3 weeks since we agreed to a refund. Waited for my dress for 2 and a half months, I was initially told the dress will take 10 days to arrive. They would not give me updates on the arrival date of my parcel unless I asked. I was told I will receive a refund once the company made a profit ( imagine that). They started giving me an attitude and becoming condescending towards when (after 2 weeks of waiting for the refund ) I started demanding my refund. They are now ignoring my texts on instagram.
