Slay shoes poor quality shoes & putrid service

This was my first time buying from Slay. I received two faulty shoes (these were meant to be my wedding shoes) i mailed them to let them know and they wanted 7-12 pictures of the shoe before doing anything. I sent it, they initially guarateed me that all their shoes are checked before sending them out. The girl apologised and said it probably wasn’t checked and they can see its faulty abd they will definitely exchange the shoes the following Monday where they would deliver the new pair at the same time of collecting! Monday came and went and nothing transpired. Tuesday i mailed them again and she said they would come that day, so they did, courier just collected faulty shoes gave a receipt, said another courier would bring the new shoes and left. I then emailed the lady and said this was not the agreement she then wrote back in such a bad tone and said they have to physically check the shoes before doing and exchange. Contradicting herself not once, but twice. First that shoes are checked, and second that the new shoes would be delivered when collecting the old pair. Its almost been a week later, my wedding is coming up the weekend and still i dont have any shoes! Will be sure to never buy from this store again. Paying an arm and a leg for faulty shoes and putrid customer service!
