Poor quality clothing, poor customer service

This business is a complete ****, low quality items are sent, exchanges are allowed and once done the next parcel ordered will take more than 24-48 hours to be delivered I am still waiting for my exchanged parcel to be delivered it’s been a month now, the exchanged parcel she inicialmente sent was the wrong size. She refuses to refund me my money and always ignores my calls and takes forever to answer my messages, not to forget the owner of the business is completely and absolutely rude in every encounter we have had. I do not recommend this business to anyone, it’s clearly a ****.
