made unauthorized deduction from my account

<p>Dear Slater Gym, I was a member at the Vanderbijl Branch. Due to me being relocated I had to cancel my membership. I sent through all required info and made payment in terms of cancellation policy. The membership fees were this month deducted from my account. I sent the SW5 branch a couple mails wanting an explanation. I have not recieved any form of contact and am obviously rather annoyed. Please would someone conact me with regards this.
