Didn't sign up and refuses to refund me.

Got debited with this gym as reference when I never signed up. I cancelled and reversed the debit order and emailed them to refund me the R19 debit order fee. They refuse to investigate or refund unless I get them an affidavit! They in the wrong and I must waste my time going to the police for an affidavit!
