Billing of Accounts

My October subscription was not debited because I knew I was not going to be in the area for that month. I duly paid my November subscription but then I can't get access to the gym. This is so amazing because as far as I know my contract with Slater gym expired end of January 2012 and I am currently on a month to month contract. I need this to be sorted as I feel totally prejudiced by the conduct of Slater Gym. If the say that m not on a month to month contract can I please get the proof thereof.
