bad service

I called them at 16:15 and placed an order for 2 300g ribs and chips.I told them that i wanted to pick it up at 17:00. I stopped there at 17:05 and i still had to wait another 20 min. Then when i got home there was about 5 small pieces of ribs about 4-5 cm long and the chips were even stil raw. I paid R90 for that, no thanx they wont c me again. I wil rather go and buy R70's ribs from a butcher and R30's patatoes and make it myself.
