Extremely Rude Staff

If you want actual service delivery, DO NOT deal with Nthabi. She is extremely rude, not very informative and does not deliver on anything she promises. She does not communicate with the clients on their orders, it got to a point where we had to arrange for our own collection due to the fact that the driver who was supposed to deliver didn't pitch, 3 time in a row without communication! After speaking to management(Rudolf), the complaint was not treated as fairly as it could have been. We only received an apology from Nthabi after a google review was written under the company's name. So disappointing!
