Very unprofessional

We bought a groupon voucher for wine tasting for 2. I e-mailed for a booking for 12:00 on the Saturday. Received an e-mail back saying tasting is 11 sharp and we are tasting with another group. I then explaining we wish to be on our own and they only have to serve us the tasting.<br> When we got there a rude man \welcomed\" us and told us to sit with the other guests.We explained we have already booked..He then laughed in our faces and told us to calm down! He was extremely rude, very unprofessional and made us feel very unwelcome, we will never visit the farm again and definitely not recommend it. "
