Slack attitude from Slackpackers Hiking group

after giving my word that I wanted to join a fish river hike in May 2022, the owner Danny has never had info evening's as promised, never sent a deposit invoice, and now given my spot away. no explanation was given, and my dreams are shattered. they came with vague promises when I confronted them on their group, of a wait list, but no apologies and no effort to rectify his actions. now, they removed me from said group. this happened with a previous associate of his several years ago. I guess this is their business attitude. very disappointing.slack attitude names their business, indeed.
