Unfair and Unconstitutional Eviction during Lockdown.

I wish to make it very clear that Forest Hill Hotel gave most Tenants notice on the 19th of June 2020 while still in Lockdown. There was no Court Approval or stamped Court paperwork. We received the notice on 19 June 202 and were told to leave by 30 June 2020. We received a further notice that they will not be held responsible for any bodily or property damage. All of us are not living in garages, on the street, etc. The Manager (Janet) instructed Fernando of Auto Traders (across the road from the Forest Hill Hotel) to "chuck us out". Some of us had our furniture thrown out, some of us were "physically" thrown out. This is indescribable of the inhuman and total injustice and overriding the Law. This needs to be sorted out for our pain and suffering and the losses we incurred.
